ARRIVAL SOCIAL EVENT

Arriving at your stay early evening - enjoying a braai or potjiekos evening with fellow pet owners and get to know them and their dogs.

INDIE ALE & LUNCH

Craft Beer Tasting and lunch at Indie Ale - pizza and (ice cream specially made for us!) Indie Ale is allowing PetGetAway pet owner dogs as a favour!  So we must adhere to the rules as they are located on a working farm and have a whole host of animals of their own including pigs, goats, ducks, geese, chickens, and 7 dogs!

Saturday morning tours from 11am. The brewery tour is quick (about 15 mins), but the beer tasting can take a bit longer depending on the number of people doing the tasting.  We also serve pizzas on Saturdays - so if you are here on a Saturday lunch is here.

PAMPOEN FARM ACTIVITIES

Back on the farm we will enjoy Hiking & Biking... From the lookout point picnic spot one looks out over the Swartland.Dam  Enjoy a picnic here with some of the goodies bought earlier today. There are several hiking and mountain-biking routes as well as a pristine dam to swim in.

Hiking
Several nature trails around the 400 hectare farm: scramble up sandstone kopjes, climb up craggy mountains or admire the diversity of fynbos species that the area is blessed with.

Mountain Biking
This area is a mountain biker's paradise, with heaps of interesting trails. The Beaverlac trail is well known to West Coast mountain bikers.

Swimming
A dam with pristine water which you can swim in and a swimming pool - dogs love this!

Dinner around the fire...
